Please provide at least 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment. If a client fails to cancel within 24 hours 50% of the fee is billed. If a client fails to cancel within 24 hours multiple times (2 or more), they may be asked to pre-pay for future services.
When you arrive we will briefly review your intake form including your goal for the session be it a specific pain issue or something less drastic. Then you will dress down to your level of comfort and get on massage table under the sheets. I tell people it’s like you are auditioning for a role sleeping but without the sleeping part. Yes! By all means that is okay. As a customer, I appreciate the quandary that very question can present. Although massage is a personal service, I am committed to respecting your right to not be talked to. From time to time I inquire about pressure, but I tend to error on the quiet side. Of course, you are free to give feedback or preferences at anytime.
In my experience, a quiet service is preferred by most clients. I also understand those who would prefer some talking. Sometimes sharing what is on one’s mind is more valuable than the solace afforded by silence.
No. Unfortunately, we are not set up to bill insurance.
